Our Story

Two dropouts. One agency. Zero patience for broken tools.

OBSIDEON wasn’t born in a boardroom. It was born in a cafeteria, built in late-night coding sessions, and forged by the frustration of running a real agency with tools that refused to talk to each other.

Chapter 01

A cafeteria, a conversation, and a decision to skip the degree.

We met during our first year at Palm Beach Atlantic University. Not in a class. Not at orientation. In the cafeteria — two freshmen who happened to sit at the same table and start arguing about whether SEO or paid ads was a better business model.

That conversation turned into a friendship. The friendship turned into a business plan. And the business plan turned into a realization: we didn’t need a degree to build what we wanted to build.

So we dropped out.

Chapter 02

We built an agency. Then we drowned in our own tool stack.

In 2024, we launched Veritas Strategies — a full-service marketing agency. Clients came fast. Results followed. But behind every win was the same grind: six tabs open, six different logins, six invoices, and a Google Sheet trying to hold it all together.

SEMrush for rankings. BrightLocal for citations. Surfer for content. Search Atlas for audits. Buffer for social. And a reporting tool that pulled from four different APIs and still required manual cleanup.

We were spending more time managing tools than managing clients. And we knew every other agency was dealing with the same thing.

Chapter 03

So we built the tool we wished existed.

In early 2026, we started building. Not a “better SEMrush” or a “cheaper BrightLocal.” Something fundamentally different — a single platform where every module fed every other module, where AI didn’t just analyze but actually executed, and where an entire client’s SEO operation could run from one login.

We built it for Veritas Strategies first. Tested it on our own clients. Broke it. Fixed it. Broke it again. And when it finally worked — when the platform was running audits, publishing content, building citations, and sending reports while we slept — we knew we couldn’t keep it to ourselves.

OBSIDEON became the white-label platform for every agency that was drowning in the same stack we’d escaped.

What We Believe

Your agency shouldn’t need six subscriptions, six logins, and six hours of context-switching to deliver results. The tools should work for you — not the other way around.

That’s why we built OBSIDEON. And that’s why we’re not done.
